Space Travel
Space travel is very important in the future. It will allow the human race to survive in the future when the time comes when Earth is no longer useful to human beings. Space travel would allow humans to colonize more land and even communicate with other lifeforms that may live in this galaxy.
In space travel, you must have some type of fuel that will allow you to reach very high speeds(i.e 50% speed of light). So for this, you might want to use the energy produced by nuclear fusion. Nuclear fusion is when atoms collide into each other under very high pressure. This would create enough fuel for you to reach very high speeds. Although you have the fuel you need to go at high speeds, you can also use the planets. The gas giants have an immense gravitational pull and you can exploit this by maneuvering your rocket around, for example, Jupiter. This will allow you to gain more speed after you exit the gravitational pull of Jupiter. This technique has been used by previous satellites(i.e Voyager 2, New Horizons).

In space travel, there would be lots of problems. For example, there is a chance that an asteroid might come close to your rocket. If you are going into interstellar space(space outside of the solar system and within the galaxy), there is a chance you might encounter a brown dwarf(failed stars) or a rogue planet(a planet that does not orbit any star and just wanders in interstellar). For this, you would need good infrared sensors. Infrared sensors would be able to detect heat and these objects would release heat. Not only do you have to worry about these objects, but you also have to make sure that you do not get too close to stars. Stars have an immense gravitational pull and if you get too close to them, your rocket will have to go at very high speeds to escape it.
If you wanted to explore an exoplanet, it would be very dangerous. First of all, you would need to know what the atmosphere(if it has one) is made of. If it is made out of something corrosive, i.e sulfuric acid, it would be hard to land your rocket or a robot or a person on the ground. Second, you must know the gravity and temperature when you land. This is important because if you were to land a robot, it would be very hard for it to traverse through that land if the gravity is much greater than on Earth. The temperature would matter as well because there is a chance that if you were to land a person on the surface, there is a chance that the person might get seriously injured from the heat or from how cold it is.
Space travel is very important in the long run. Without this, humans would have nowhere to go and this may even create the extinction of all life in the universe. Space travel is always important, and right now we are making the preparations of going back into space.
